Seeking Holiday Event Vendors & Sponsors
From Thursday to Sunday, 12/8-12/18/16, ECHO will be hosting our first annual holiday event, called “Winterville at the Zimmerman Heritage Farm.” To make the occasion a success, we are seeking vendors and sponsors for our biggest fundraiser of the year.
The event will be produced by Treadway Events & Entertainment, and they are conservatively projecting around 2000 people will be on-site to experience winter traditions at the farm. Our historic home museum will be open for special tours and dressed for the occasion with holiday decor and lights. Guests will also be able to enjoy pictures with Santa, over 8,000 beautiful lights, food and craft vendors, holiday movies, choirs and bands nightly, a winter beer & cider garden, and a kids craft area.
